Logistics & Installation Options
Showplace offers flexible delivery, installation, and staging options so you can choose the level of support that best fits your project. Whether you prefer to handle the setup yourself or have professionals take care of everything, we’ve got you covered.
DIY Delivery (No Extra Cost)
Packages are shipped directly to your address. You are responsible for receiving, inspecting, and inventorying items as they arrive. This option works best for smaller projects or those who prefer hands-on coordination.
Consolidated Delivery (Premium Service)
All products are shipped to a receiving warehouse where they are inventoried, inspected, and stored until everything has arrived. Once complete, your items are delivered to your property in a single 8-hour delivery window on your chosen day. Quotes are available in your Showplace portal.
DIY Installation
With DIY installation, you’ll manage all unpacking, assembly, placement, and trash removal. This option is ideal if you already have a local team or prefer to handle setup yourself.
White-Glove Installation (Premium Service)
For a full-service experience, vetted contractors on the Showplace platform can bid to handle unboxing, assembly, furniture placement, and cleanup. This service often saves clients 100+ hours of labor and ensures your property is move-in ready once completed.
Photography & Staging (Add-On Service)
After installation, you can hire a staging team to style and photograph your finished space. Staging focuses on enhancing visual appeal for listings and marketing, while professional photography ensures your property stands out online.
Note: Cleaning and detailed prep work should be completed prior to staging and photography day.
Additional Notes
Wallpaper installation and painting are not always included and may require separate contractors.
Final cleaning is not included in White-Glove Installation or Photography & Staging services.
Products ordered through Showplace typically take 3–4 weeks to arrive. Some may arrive sooner, while others may take the full timeframe.
